Holy Friday

Special Easter breakfast, the taste of Easter celebration in Sardinia starts from the morning, with a selection of typical Sardinian sweets.
At noon, welcome aperitif with champagne, strawberries and oysters at the Bioaquam Pool Bar.
Exploring the surroundings, wine tasting at Cantine Antigori tasting great wines in a smart and elegant winery, between the sea and the mountains of Capoterra.
From 6 to 7 pm bubbles apertif and music at the Bioaquam with Sardinian delicacies: finger food, sausages, pecorino cheese and “pane guttiau”.

Saturday

Special Easter breakfast, the taste of Easter celebration in Sardinia starts from the morning, with a selection of “ricotta pardule” sweets, chocolate cakes and mini krapfen.
Exploring the surroundings, Archeo Tour: Nora + Jeep tour, a beautiful Punic and Roman city by the sea and a tour to explore Sardinia’s nature.
Padel and 5-a-side football tournament for adults and teens and games at the Mini club for kids.
Welcome aperitif with champagne and fried bites at the Bioaquam Pool Bar.
Flavours of Gallura: buffet lunch at La Terrazza Restaurant, dishes inspired by tradition and bythe land of one of the most famous areas of Sardinia.
From 4 to 6 pm “Culurgiones” cookery lesson: our chef will teach you the art of making “culurgiones”.
Dinner with à la carte menu and selection of themed dishes: Sunset at Chia, a portrayal of Chia through its flavours: where sea and countryside unite to to create a delightful, enchanting menu.

Easter Sunday

Special Easter breakfast, enjoy a selection of typical Sardinian sweets,
“ricotta pardule”sweets and the traditional chocolate Easter eggs for all the children.
Exploring the surroundings, a walk to Chia’s tower surrounded by history and the beauty of the promontory with a spectacular view across the bay. Or Holy Mass at Domus de Maria with procession (complimentary group transfer).
Padel and 5-a-side football tournament for adults and teens and Easter eggs decoration for kids.
Trails of Ogliastra, buffet lunch at Sa Mesa Restaurant with the authentic flavors of fishermen, farmers, and shepherds.
From 6 to 7 pm bubbles apertif and music at the Bioaquam with finger food.
Dinner with à la carte menu and selection of themed dishes: Journey to the Coral Riviera, a dinner that tells the story and celebrates the beauty and the history of Alghero.

Easter Monday

Special Easter breakfast, a tasty moment to start Easter Monday with cakes of the island, krapfen and local cheese.
Exploring the surroundings, a wonderful bike ride along trails that take you through the Mediterranean maquis, along the coast and the headlands.
Easter eggs treasure hunt and eggs decoration for teens and kids at Le Dune.
The fires of Sulcis, BBQ at Le Dune Restaurant, where the ingredients of the land and of the sea preserve all their flavours.
Live music karaoke and relax at the beach.
From 4 to 6 pm “Pardule” cookery lesson, our chef will show how to make “pardule”, the wonderful Easter sweets with the aroma of ricotta and saffron.
Dinner with à la carte menu and selection of themed dishes: a dive into Barbagia, flavours that embody the real heart of Sardinia, from the sea and from the mountains with a dash of innovation and creativity.
